Massachusetts Flyfishing...
Come try out New England's true world class
fishery along the Massachusetts North Shore! We specialize
in fishing for striped bass and bluefish with fly rods and
light spinning tackle. Our saltwater fly fishing and spin
fishing trips run from early May to mid-October with 100 plus
fish days throughout our season. The majority of our fishing
is done over the shallow flats and up in the tidal rivers
that dominate this rich northeastern coastline.
These calm shallow water areas are ideal
for sight fishing and consequentially 80% of our fishing is
done by casting at individual stripers and into surface feeding
blitz's of one hundred to several thousand fish!
The areas that we fish are a few hours
away from Cape Cod and just north of Boston and Logan Airport
along the Essex, Ipswich, Rowley, and Newburyport shorelines.
The mouth of the Merrimack River including Joppa Flats and
also the estuaries of the Parker River and Plum Island Sound
are all part of our fishing territory. A large portion of
this area lacks public boat launches and is part of the Parker
River National Wildlife Refuge and because of this we can
guarantee a private and truly unique guided flats fishing
charter.
The majority of fish that we catch are
stripers which average from 16" to 36." Bluefish,
American shad, bluefin tuna, mackeral, and fluke are also
common catches depending on the time of the year that you
choose to book your trip.
Whether you are a beginner and just looking
for guaranteed success or an avid fly angler looking to experience
casting at and catching a finning 40 inch striper on a vast
New England flats, let us put a trip together for you today.
